The purpose of this email is to let you know how happy I was with Mr. Angell’s service and the extra effort he put forth to deal with a specialty car.  He was very aware of the damage he could do to the car if he didn’t load it correctly, and it took a lot of extra time and ingenuity to get it done safely.
